Berta uses the innovative hook tool system which by reproducing the movement of hand processing does not alter the temperature of the dough, improving its oxygenation and digestibility. The processing times of the dough are halved compared to a traditional mixer with plunging arms, fork or spiral. Structure covered with scratch-resistant paint - AISI 304 stainless steel tank, tool and grilled lid.
