Ideal machine for pizza dough, bread, breadsticks, focaccia, piade and all leavened.
Berta uses the innovative hook tool system which, reproducing the movement of the hand work, does not alter the temperature of the dough, improving its oxygenation and digestibility. The processing times of the dough are halved compared to a traditional mixer with dipping arms, fork or spiral. Structure covered with scratch-resistant paint - bowl, utensil and grating cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Optional: 2nd speed only on three-phase models, mechanical timer and wheels.
