Description
Machine for slicing salami, meat, cheese, etc. Structure in light anodized aluminum alloy (shell casting) - flat block - fixed ring for blade protection - removable blade - sail adjustment knob with graduated scale - fixed sharpener with pair of sanders for sharpening the blade. The vertical slicers can be supplied, on request, with meat-sail plate for removal of the cart.
