Permanent anticorrosive cycle for the internal restoration of car and motorcycle tanks. Tankerite Gum with Nansulate is a nanotechnological elastomeric resin that provides triple protection: rust prevention, sealing, and thermal insulation.
It is particularly suitable for fiberglass tanks but can also be used for traditional tanks. The difference between Tankerite and Tankerite Gum is in the elasticity of the product.
Tankerite Gum (dark brown in color) is a technical evolution of the Tankerite product to better address issues of porosity and small holes. Being a rubbery product, it is more elastic and allows for the creation of thick layers with superior sealing capabilities. Tankerite Gum is recommended when dealing with holes, small cracks, visible thinning of the metal, or in cases of leaks due to riveted metal joints.
Tankerite Gum is also useful for increased elasticity in fiberglass and resin tanks. The MEDIUM KIT TANKERITE GUM for tanks 20/25 liters contains: · 0.5 kg of resin · 170 g of catalyst · 750 ml of rust remover. Catalysis ratio 1:3 by weight. Optional solvent: nitro (max 10%)

Tankerite Gum medium kit
Tankerite is a fluid two-component resin with liquid polysulfuric polymers. Compared to the "normal" Tankerite product, it is ideal for tanks with cracks or micro-porosity as it is more sealing and elastic. It is resistant to solvents and fuels and has excellent mechanical resistance.
