Carcass, bowl, bowl support, dough hook and propeller in AISI 304 stainless steel – microswitch on the bowl lid – grilled lid to allow the insertion of ingredients even during processing – digital control panel – completely removable bowl for easy and quick washing . The PF40EN model is equipped with a water-cooled extrusion mouth.
