Stainless steel carcass and hopper - Machine with completely removable grinding unit, which allows it to be placed in the refrigerator - meat inlet mouth ø 52 mm - reverse gear - reduction gear with oil bath gears. Enterprise system supplied with stainless steel plate (ø 6 mm holes) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife. The grater part is characterized by: polished aluminum mouth 140×75 mm – stainless steel roller – lower protection grid – grater presser lever microswitch. The AISI 304 stainless steel grinding unit can be washed in the dishwasher.
